Rates

The above fees only allow for 1 bathroom, additional rooms such as en-suites, further receptions rooms, studies etc will be charged at £11.50 per additional room as will Balconies Garden-Patios.

Retype's of inventory reports £25.00

N.B Attics and cellars are not included in an inventory. If these areas are to he included. access must be within the physical capability of the inventory clerk and insurance cover is essential and will attract additional charges

Cancellations

We require at least 4 hours notice to cancel or postpone a planned visit. Failure to do so will result in a £50.00 cancellation fee being charged.Less then 2 hours notice will be charged at full rate of service booked
